      Full tweet:

      >Ambassador and Danusia Libby traveled to Fuzuli and Shusha today. The Ambassador is meeting with government representatives; touring the Shusha Fortress, Khurshidbanu Natavan House, Khan Gizi Spring, Vagif Mausoleum, and Jidir plain; and meeting with local educators who have participated in Embassy-supported English Language programming.

This comes days after the Ambassador said this:

      >US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mark Libby answered the question of why he is not going to Shushi in a conversation with Azerbaijani media.

      >“I don’t want to be part of somebody’s show somewhere. So when the time comes to do it, I will. I am not ready now,” the Ambassador said.

Maybe he can take a moment to visit Kanach Jham Church while he’s there. And the old Armenian cemetery. And why not Karintak village, too? He can pose in front of the empty, bulldozed spaces and post those on Instagram.

This only means that the US needs Azerbaijan. And Armenia has no other option than the West, and they know it.

If it were any other PM, we would have at least responded to this nonsense publicly I believe.
