I somehow doubt you’re gonna hit 90 mph on that 1 horsepower engine…
I assume someone lifted the back wheel off the ground and revved it to see the speed, which is a dumb way to know!
Neither of the scooters in those pictures are going 90mph no matter what modifications you do to them. 1 isn’t even electric.
I’d say just let ‘em keep it and let nature take its course
90mph on tiny solid wheels isn’t going to actually happen
