Den Rødgrønne Regjeringen is usually the go to nickname
No, it’s not usual to use nicknames for this, we mostly just use the PM’s name or the main party/coalition. Beyond perhaps numbering the administrations if the same PM comes back with a new setup/different coaition (i.e. Bondevik, Bondevik 2).
Unless you count things like calling the government “red-green” or whatever, in reference to the symbolic colours of the parties?
The term ‘Tutti Frutti cooperation’ has been thrown around the past few days. It’s a fitting name for this coalition.

As it’s now a one party government, it’s just Støre-regjeringen or Arbeiderpartiregjeringen.
But the new left wing majority (not the government itself) has been referred to as tutti frutti, as there’s many different parties forming the majority.
