CIAO.

The four right ones are for the heating plates on the top, two left ones for the oven.

There’s literal diagrams above the knobs. Look at them and turn

If it does t turn on from the knobs 1-6 positions then check the fuse box and if the power is turned off.

The “light” is still red on the stove as a heat warning, if thats why you thought it wasn’t turning off, when the knobs are at 0.

I am turning the knobs on but there’s no heat coming off the surface. I tried boiling water for half an hour but nothing is happening.

Select temperature, then on the right of the temperature knob, select the mode of heating. Stove won’t heat unless you select the mode, so just turning the temperature knob to 200c won’t do anything.

Very concerning. Does anyone know if they have arranged any courses for this kind of issue?

This could even be dangerous if it is common.

The four right ones are for the heating plates. The third knob from the right: the black dot should point up (just like the others). The heating plate still stays hot for a while; that is why there is red dot on the surface.

Just look at the pictures above the knobs. They show which plate it controls (imagine looking at your stove from above).

Looks like an induction stove, so make sure you use the right pans otherwise they won’t heat up. But as others have said, right knobs turn the induction heaters on – you won’t feel heat. The left two, one sets temperature of the oven, and the other the type of heating: full over, top half, bottom half, maybe grill as well.

OK, I found the manual for yours (probably the same model): [https://www.manua.ls/upo/c330k/manual?p=5](https://www.manua.ls/upo/c330k/manual?p=5)

The manual is in Finnish and Swedish – so Google Translate I am afraid – but page 6 shows what the controls do.

Pages 11 and 12 show how the “turvakytkin” works – the safety lock, just in case you use this or accidentally turn it on and wonder why nothing is working.

Pages 12-13 show how to use the hobs (the top part) and page 13 also the oven. There’s LOTS of stuff there on how to best use these and how best to cook pizza, defrost stuff etc.

Page 20 shows how to clean the top and the oven

If things doesn’t get warm, buy pans meant for induction stove

You must be one of those top talent experts that Finland so eagerly needs.

The kettle seems to be on the wrong plate . Or did you move it?

    13. Short explanation:

In the picture, the upper left is on as indicated by the pictogram above the knob and the fact that it’s the only one not pointing up. It’s not at its hottest, but looks like 6/12. There are numbers on the knob.

The red light indicates it’s hot and potentially dangerous. There is no other button or knob to twist or touch: you twist one knob and that plate turns on.

Remember to turn it off when you’re done. All knobs should point upwards for you to be safe.

I don’t think this is induction as they often have buttons instead of knobs. This means the plate gets really hot in comparison to induction.
