Ho ricevuto una lettera da un’agenzia di riscossione del debito per l’affitto dovuto di 730 euro. Ma non ho mai vissuto lì nel 2024. Hanno provato a dedurre i soldi dal mio conto bancario una volta, ma l’ho ripreso tramite la mia banca. Cosa posso fare in questa situazione? Qualsiasi aiuto sarebbe apprezzato. Grazie

It’s not saying you lived there in 2024, they billed you in 2024.
Seems you forget a rent payment
Send them the document that you have signed with them when you have vacated the house (final inspection report). Or send them the confirmation that they have accepted your notice to vacat ethe house
you received a request to pay your rent on 09.08.2024. they couldn’t find you, contacted schufa in july and found you now. so they remind you again to pay. nobody said that you lived there in 2024
you most likely moved out, they sent you a Nebenkostenabrechnung later and you didn’t pay it.
You started your contract on 16.02.2021 you missed a payment of 730,01 and now you owe 916,44. You have a 3 month notice period on rent contracts so maybe you fell 1 month short?
It might be Nebenkosten that where billed after you moved out.
What is schufa investigation costs? Check your schufa score at [bonify.de](http://bonify.de) for free to make sure they didnt mess it up. If they did, you need to act immediately to clear it up
Do you speak German?
Obviously, this is a mistake on the part of the landlord. Since you moved out in January 2022, I don’t think it can be additional costs – they would be due in 2023 at the latest. If you continue to live in Germany, you have to ask the landlord to have the Schufa entry taken out again!
