Di recente mi sono trasferito in un nuovo appartamento e sono un po ‘confuso sul mio scaldabagno in bagno. Dovrei lasciarlo sempre acceso o solo quando ho bisogno di acqua calda, ad esempio girandolo su 20 minuti prima di una doccia e poi spegnerlo quando sono finito? Temo che la mia bolletta elettrica sarà molto alta

Leave it on. If it’s tankless it will start up on demand. If it got a tank, maintaining temp is more efficient than heating it all up again and again.
I have mine always on. Never had an issue with the electric bill. Some people do turn them off, because some of them are selfregulating and thus heating itself for nothing.
