Why is that coming now, and not 3 years ago already?
I believe the western allies seized all German assets after the Germans-Russian attacks on Poland in 1939.
Russia must pay full reparations to Ukraine, but the available Russian assets must foremost be used to insure a rapid defeat of Russia.
