Ciao a tutti!
So, the background of the meeting, for those who see this post for the first time.
The guys from the 131st separate reconnaissance brigade need a vehicle, a pickup truck to carry out combat missions in delivering the Vampire bird, ammunition, provisions and evacuating the wounded from the position.
No matter what anyone says, there are no cheap pickup trucks in Ukraine, there is also a problem with them in Europe – we have almost completely run out of them, only expensive versions of cars remain, but they are in good technical condition – this justifies them.
It is impossible to buy a car like before for $3,500 that will drive.
Now for $6,000 you buy junk that you constantly fix, fix, fix… and it still breaks down and at the most important moment can lead you astray.
A more expensive car is more reliable and it will really help you out in a difficult situation.
Yesterday, there was just such a story.
On the one hand, it is sad and partly joyful.
Yesterday, while performing combat missions in the Zaporizhzhya direction, the 131st separate reconnaissance battalion lost 2 guys, 2 good guys, 1 of them a “bird” pilot, the other a driver, a former reconnaissance, attack aircraft, because of heart problems he was transferred to drivers. A guy who at 21 years old went to defend our country as a volunteer, and for 3 years he was in the hard mesve of war.
Yesterday, when leaving their positions, they were noticed, and a total of 8 enemy FPVs flew at them, then mortar fire was opened on them.
At this time, a group of their comrades who wanted to evacuate them had already left to meet them.
When approaching the place where the guys were stuck because of the hunt for them, our L200 pickup truck (a lucky car that I helped them buy almost a year ago) was also noticed by an enemy FPV and headed for the car.
One of the guys, for whom the evacuation group arrived, managed to shoot down a drone with a gun literally 10 meters from the car, thereby saving both the group and the car.
Thanks to the cross-country ability of the pickup, they managed to drive as close as possible to the guys, two of whom were wounded by mortar fire.
One of them turned out to be our hero of the story, who shot down the drone and saved the evacuation group and the equipment that safely took them all out of the shelling site.
In this story, everything would be fine, if not for the BUT – this guy is no longer with us, he bled to death on the way.
The second guy died 2 hours later, also from blood loss.
All the others survived, some of them have minor injuries, but they will live.
Thanks to the pickup, the happy pickup that rescued and slept them more than once, which itself received “wounds”, each time “licked” its wounds with the help of repairs and again went to carry out combat missions.
By the way, this pickup was bought in 3.5 minutes, the second one was assembled, the Ford was also bought in 3.5 minutes – 2 donors paid $3,500 each and bought these cars, which are still in service.
A year ago, we bought 2 cars in 7 minutes, now we collected a little less than $2,000 in 2 weeks.
I don’t like writing such stories, in most cases they are not interesting to people, it is much more pleasant to see how the occupier dies, but alas, we also pay a high price for this.
And honestly, I don’t know how much time must pass, how many of our soldiers must die, so that people, mainly Europeans (people from other countries also helped us well, thanks to them and to the conscious Europeans), understand that if we are not one whole, we will all be gone in a while.
Someone will laugh, say “ha-ha, don’t make us laugh! We are NATO, a terrible force!”
But remember my words: if the hour comes when we run out of steam and are destroyed, this trouble will come to you at home in a short time.
Look at Poland today, a clear example of this, comments are unnecessary here, so today NATO “invited” the watchdog China to visit, and believe me – it will take advantage of this offer, later, when you least expect it.
Therefore, those who understand the situation in the world now – unite into a single whole, those who after 4 years do not understand what is happening – I just wish you a good mood.
In this war, we are fighting not only for ourselves, but for the European continent too.
Personally, I do not want my new friends from abroad to experience this shit that is happening here, and they do not want it either, that is why they are with us.
And are you with us?
If not yet – join us!
Only in unity is our strength💪
