Massively unsurprising. Going in to the Cardiff store really feels like a sinking ship, like Debenhams towards the end. High-end stuff in a cost of living crisis, stock levels all over the place, differing product availability and pricing between app and store, miserable facilities, a lot of staff who barely give a shit, click and collect that is both expensive and slow.
They’ve made it very hard to shop there. Reverting back to ‘we won’t be more expensive than anyone else’ isn’t enough to save them.
