Russia has, for decades, tried to create refugee streams into the West through actions in the Middle East, Africa and South America.
They’ve been very strategic and creative in their decades long plan to get people here, sponsor right-wing parties, and left wing parties, and ethnic parties. They’re making these false flag attacks, creating fake news, abusing the algoritms at social media, creating echo-chambers, and so on.
In short, they play all the sides at once in order to destabilize the West from within.
