      I love the robot on the front patio 😀 All in all entire thing looks a bit like it was designed by David Černý haha. Edit: oh lol, it *was* designed by Černý, I didn’t know that when I wrote my comment.

      I just heard it on the radio and thought it sounds really cool but it would appear that my imagination is a better architect

      Finally something cool is to be built in Prague. NIMBY sentiment is really holding this city back. That and all the commie brutalist buildings that age worse than milk.

      How come it’s considered “contruction” when all you do is move a tanker shipwreck to the center of an historic city…

      As long as that building is away from Mala Strana, ok. But don’t ruin that wonderful historical part of Prague with that thing.

      125m high. Still impressive, but for some reason I imagined it to be higher if it is so promoted. It will be not even top 20 in central Europe.

      I see that Czechs are very attached to maritime traditions. They even greet each other like sailors, saying “Ahoy.”
