Moyzesova 9? I haven’t found an image of the building before 1918 but as i see in 1924 in the Czechoslovak times it was some post office?
Back then it had a CS coat of arms on its place

Probably the building had the same function in the Austro-Hungarian period

But some local history detective might be able to correct it
Interesting that the decision was to leave it empty with the outline instead of designing some bigger coat of arms that would cover it up.
