Come viene calcolato?

They are not supposed to match, since one is hourly rate and one is monthly rate.
EDIT: What you’re missing here is what the other benefits/requirements are on people based on which one they get. But if you’re employing cleaners, hourly pay is probably what you’d be looking for. If you are hiring officer workers for your office, then the monthly rate is probably easier.
It seems like the hourly wage matches a month with 161 working hours.
You have calculated it based on 20 working days per month, but the real number is about 21.5 on average (which of course varies from month to month, and year to year), which is about 161 hours if you work 7.5 hours per day.
Typically the divider used to convert monthly and hourly rates is ~160, but it varies depending on the collective agreement.
Here it looks like it’s 161; for example a trainee 1776 / 161 = ~11,03.
If you would scroll down that page you’ll find this:
“3. Tunti- ja päiväpalkkajakajat
Päiväpalkka saadaan jakamalla kuukausipalkka luvulla 21,5. Tuntipalkka saadaan jakamalla kuukausipalkka luvulla 161.”
3. Hourly and daily wage divisors
Daily wage is obtained by dividing the monthly wage by 21.5. Hourly wage is obtained by dividing the monthly wage by 161.
