Ehi tutti, ho ricevuto una chiamata oggi dal dipartimento delle risorse umane di un’azienda con cui sto cercando di firmare un contratto e dopo la chiamata ha ricevuto un’e -mail con i dettagli di cosa portare alla firma.
La persona mi ha detto che al telefono ho bisogno di un numero ID nazionale come visto nella foto, la mia cosa è che le ha chiesto se lei intende il numero EGN che ottieni dalla National Revenue Agency e lei mi ha detto che non è un numero diverso.
Dopo una rapida ricerca di Google, scopri che è in realtà il numero EGN secondo Google.
Qualcuno può aiutarmi a capire quale numero l’azienda vuole da me?

I would interpret this as the document number of your national ID card. On the Bulgarian ID cards, that’s on the bottom right of the front side.
Hello, maybe it could be the passport number and not EGN?
ЕГН is only for Bulgarian citizens. You probably need a ЛНЧ(личен номер на чужденец)
Hi, I’ve dealt with this in Germany and Austria, basically what they mean is the number of your ID. Generally those numbers are unique (as are your SVN or similar), but can be used to identify the validity of your documents. This is not the EGN(LIN/ЛНЧ/SVN), but the document number
It is against EU regulations (superior to local regulations, for better or worse) to discriminate on that topic.
EGN is the ID number as common in many countries but, to get it in BG, you have to pay more as a foreigner which makes that practice illegal under EU regulations.
