Oltre 200k di € per acquistare un capannone all’ingresso laterale di qualcuno a Crumlin. Quel che è ancora peggio è che qualcuno sta pagando € 1,5 ka per viverci.

How can they sell this? Surely it’s on the same deeds as the main house? Can’t believe they would get planning for this as a separate property..

    4. It looks like it was built in one of those communal lane ways. Weird.

Astonishing. Had to look it up on Google Maps because chummy on [Daft.ie](http://Daft.ie) didn’t add photos to his alluring advert. Not surprising really.
You’ve no ventilation by the look of things, just these odd French windows which are also presumably your way into the gaff, though the tenant seems to have a sofa across them. To the rear you seem to back right up to the vaguely ecclesiastical looking building, and on neither side of your little garage do you have any hope of natural light, if windows do exist.
I’m fascinated by the place. Always fancied a tiny house (and certainly rented some fairy-sized places in the past.)
A bedroom and bathroom seem way too much to squeeze in, as it’s no deeper than it is broad, so maybe the listing’s ‘I bed, I bath’ means quite literally only that, maybe flanking your camping table.
I wonder about an opportunity to expand out front? Maybe there’s some local covenant insisting that neighbours’ wheelie bins shall have free run of the space though.

Damn, you’d wonder how the new landlord will wring more out of such an investment. On Street View the whole road is chocker with cars on the pavement, and the road surface is collapsing into itself. No buggy, pram, or wheelchair-needing tenants for this bijou palace.

Back of a napkin calculations 30% deposit, €60,000.
€140,000 BTL mortgage at 5% over 15 years would be around €1,100 a month.

      Thats if it’s even mortgageable.

Even a loan an 7% APR over 15 years you’d he paying €1800 a month. So, assuming no other costs you’d have bought this outright for €54k after 15 years.

Might as well add a mattress to my car with a porta-potty and sell that for at least 100k.
In this system whats stopping me? 😭

In the advert, it says that there are sitting tenants paying €18,000 per anim.

    10. If you look back to 2018 on Google Street view you’ll see it was an Asian food shop for a while
