Huh? Didn’t expect this, but let’s try to unpack it:
– what’s the home ownership rate?
– how do you define urban population? Do you include towns like Mertert, Diekirch, Esch, etc?
– what was the data base? Self reported data, independent survey?
People here are complaining all the time about housing costs. The reality however is that housing cost compared to income has risen substantially everywhere. Not only in Europe, the same goes for the US.
