Yeah Russia is a failed state.

Very much off topic: this is a Croatian saying (of our country) and seeing as Garry has our citizenship, could be that he took it.
Same for the US now with our fascist draft-dodging coward Trump at the head.
I’m hoping for a new pandemic that only impacts people who refuse to wear masks, maybe it can make them human.
