Idk about Georgia but in Kazakhstan if you have foreigners renting it’s harder to evade tax
He doesn’t rent to other white people, but rents to Indians, idk man that doesn’t sound racist.

This is not racism, this is an attempt to fight against gentrification and expats driving up prices. Notice how they don’t exclude Indians. Wish more people had this approach.

It’s not racism, but flawed judiciary system that puts landlords in unfavorable situation when dealing with foreign citizens. It stills sucks for you though. And it is a problem.
Also, Russians can leave Georgia for all I care 🙂

“Russians and foreigners” I love hove they specified “Russians” lol 😂that’s not racism on foreigners part, because no one wanna pay more money to government for renting flats to foreigners, also communication with foreigners tends to be a pain in the ass. About “Russian” part I’m sorry that y’all ethnic Russians get to experience bigotry because of actions of your Government, but that’s what we Georgians been experiencing in our own homeland from your folks for 200 years, that’s generational hate brother, that doesn’t come out that easily. People won’t like u because ur Russian and u should be prepared for that. On the other hand Georgians, on average, are way more tolerant and understanding than others would have been in our place.
That’s just fighting against gentrification
