But why so late? Do drones have to fall on our heads before we do anything?
Many experts in Poland were already speaking out loud over three years ago about the need to establish close cooperation with Ukraine in weapons production.

This kinda ironic considering personal rhetoric of Polish MoD towards Ukraine, not so long ago.
