Sono nuovo in questo, quindi non so molto, ma quando mi invio il tiro di riempimento negativo, metto il contenitore completo nella busta o altrimenti rimuovo il film e poi lo metto nella busta?

Never remove or pull out the film. Exposure to light will destroy the photos. Simply place the roll as it is into the envelope.
Yep, you put the full film canister into the bag, fill it out and three weeks later you will find your photos. In this form you can tell the Employees which size you want your photos in and what type of paper. It also offers you to write them onto a CD-ROM, Dia, etc. But usually you just want the photos which is why you need to pick one of the photo sites.
You will have to pay, when picking up the photos in a few weeks.
