In questo giorno del 1870, l’esercito tedesco iniziò l’assedio di Parigi durante la guerra franco-prussiana. Durò fino al gennaio 1871 e fu fondamentale per costringere i francesi ad arrendersi e stabilire l’impero tedesco di recente formazione come paese dominante nel continente europeo.

As I also live to give some facto:) The siege led to a Revolution called Paris Paris Commune which was abel to govern the City for a couple of month. It is seen as the first Wirkung class Revolution and develeoped some ideas like a council republic. The Revolution heavily influenced marx and Engels.
