Ciao a tutti, vivo con la mia ragazza a Mannheim, e dopo aver fatto un buco sul muro (kiling una zanzara …) Ho notato che “il nostro muro” è in realtà questo materiale di carta che viene utilizzato per coprire alcuni tubi mentre sono posizionato sopra il muro stesso, qualsiasi idea di cosa sia e come ripararlo?

Someone used wallpaper to cover holes in the actual wall.
That’s not how a wall should look like.
To fix it, call your landlord to check also that the pipes are not leaking (wet walls can be worse than fire).
Looks like an installation hole for an electric installation for me, the filling material can be black, or a very dark grey, or light grey.
Seems there was a Unterputzdose planed, or installed and later uninstalled. Does it look the same 20 cm left or right of that particular position?
