Ciao a tutti. Recentemente mi sono chiesto come vengono assegnati i seggi del Parlamento europeo in base ai voti espressi. Nella mia ricerca ho trovato il metodo D’Hondt (chiamato anche metodo Jefferson) e la formula D’Hondt. I was interested in this topic mostly to figure out what needs to happen for ELAM not to take a seat. Unfortunately it is entirely unlikely that they won’t take a seat (based on polling).
