Ciao a tutti. La cerniera del fondo della porta del balcone è vecchia e si è arrugginita. Alla fine si spezzò all’improvviso e la porta cadde fuori dal telaio. Come posso ripararlo o sostituirlo. Grazie in anticipo per l’aiuto.

Assuming you are not the owner of the flat: Inform your landlord and have them repair that. This is absolutely not within your responsibility, neither to repair it, nor to carry any costs of it. A fault like this is within the duty of the landlord to get fixed.
if the house is not your, this is your landlord issue.
