Non sono sicuro se questo pacco esatto sia disponibile ma qualcosa del genere. Spero di trovare un pacco su Gozo dove potrei costruire quello che voglio piuttosto che acquistare il sogno o l’incubo di qualcun altro in chiavioni.

yeah… that image is from 9 years ago. look on satellite view which is recent and you’ll see are already machines on site. And don’t even try doing this remotely, you’ll just lose your money

By any means Malta is tiny, remote, and with development rush in past few years all possible plots are sold. Even to start now it means you will have to wait years for a contractor to be available and when started everything takes 3 times longer
Usually is you see some space “available” is most probably stuck in some dozen families inheritance nightmare most will not be alive when solved
