The vast majority of abuse comes from Hungary, Slovakia, and Turkey. He isn’t going to say anything to them. He doesn’t have a point. His point is that he feels like it’s a good excuse to not provide assistance. He just learned this 2 weeks ago. Incredibly pathetic. Goes to show how little he actually cares
