I mean, it wasn’t really targeted. It experienced GPS jamming, like anything else flying around that area.
Targeting would imply the jamming was aimed specifically at them and didn’t affect other aircraft.
This doesn’t make the situation any different, as it still constitutes a grave violation of international law.
Was just clarifying that GPS is completely unreliable in the area, independently if it’s the minister or its dog on board of that plane.
That’s a serious situation, GPS jamming can be really dangerous for military flights.
But it’s Israel which they keep talking about…

At this stage you would be shocked if there wasnt GPS jamming near Russia.

This is more so an indication of a lack of Spanish Intel than Russia. Russia is jamming everything. The Spaniards Intel should have told them where to fly to avoid jamming.
