Giving Hong Kong British nationals the right to move here was both the right thing to do morally, ethically, and economically. I don’t like to give the Tories credit, but I was very impressed with their action on this.

I can guarantee you that the Hong Kongers pay a lot more in tax than they use in benefits. These are the people that Reform wants to expel from the UK.

I think most British people have no problem with immigrants who contribute. It’s the ones who don’t who we have major issues with

As a former Crown Dependency, anyone born pre 1997 should have been granted UK citizenship anyway.
