Is he as venerated among religious Azeris similar how he is viewed by religious Iranians? Are phrases like “ya Ali” or about other companions of Muhammad used?

What do you mean by this question? We have people of all religious views, and their views are same as people anywhere else in the world, depending on their religious affiliation. I.e. a Krygyz hanafi religious Muslim will be same as Azerbaijani hanafi religious Muslim.

I’m not sure if you’re karma farming or a bot, since you’ve hidden your profile, but the question is pointless. And I mean no offence to the topic, I am a practicing Muslim.

Azeri’s, Turks, Arabs, Persians, Berbers and Egyptians are nothing without Islam.. whether you like like it or not, all of the aforementioned people’s history and culture is associated with Islam and the whole world treats you accordingly even if you left Islam.. the racist West will never accept you.. so quit feeling sorry for yourself and take pride in you history
