I mean I highly doubt it, given his first reaction was to phone a mate then do another job and then eventually phone the police. Might be to make himself feel better about the awful situation, but hindsight is 20/20 as they say and it doesn’t change how he did act.

What a tool. He claims he was panicked, but obviously not too panicked to deliver another passenger and text his mate ‘guess what just happened.’
Just own it and say you didn’t care or think it was your responsibility, mate.
