# Vlada traži novu isplatu iz EU fonda uz uvjet robotaksija

Krajem godine, Banski dvori planiraju od Europske komisije zatražiti novu isplatu iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost, nakon što je dosad u državni proračun sjelo 4,5 milijardi eura. Ova isplata ovisit će o uspjehu projekta robotaksija, za koji će Vlada morati priložiti dokaze o 60 verifikacijskih prototipova autonomnih vozila, koja su prošla odgovarajuće testiranje.

Ovo je prvi put da je uplata europskog novca izravno povezana s realizacijom projekta koji izaziva javne polemike. Iako je rok za završetak prototipova pomjeren na ožujak 2025., iz tvrtke Mate Rimca javljaju da još uvijek nije dovršeno svih 60 vozila, što dodatno komplicira situaciju.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MEASURE

(5) The measure concerns aid for an R&D project regarding the development of an innovative **fully autonomous level 5** (2) electric vehicle (“robo-taxi”), as the R&D phase of an urban mobility project located in Zagreb, included in Croatia’s Recovery and Resilience Plan (see section 2.2.).

**Based on the information provided by the Croatian authorities, the different levels of driving automation referred to are developed by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)**, the industry’s most-cited source for driving automation classification. In both levels 4 and 5, the human in “the driver’s seat” is not driving when the automated driving features are engaged; these automated driving features will not require a human to take over driving features at any point. More specifically, in level 4 vehicles, the automated driving features can drive the vehicle only within a limited area and human override is possible, while in level 5 vehicles the automated driving features can drive the vehicle under all conditions and no human interaction or attention is required.
