      Yawn…No mention of local residents’ opposition to housing developments along with their promotion of legislation that binds housing construction in endless red tape and delays. No mention of the fundamental democratic issue that stands in the way of this mess.

      Some of the most “neoliberal” cities in the United States have promoted the mass development of (gasp) for-profit housing in recent years and shocker… the supply and rents/costs have dropped significantly in recent years (Austin, Minneapolis).

      Just yet more populist left-wing talking points regurgitated and shat out. Can we just get an economically literate candidate who comes out and says our problems are caused because most people are morons.
