There were 4 parties who signed the Budapest Memorandum of 1994. The RF, U.S., U.K. and Ukraine. The RF promised to respect the boundaries between them and Ukraine. The UK and the US promised to protect territorial integrity.

So the only party who has respected the agreement is under genocidal attack.

So, as a security guarantee, given that the Memorandum didn’t work, kindly return the nukes to Ukraine 🇺🇦.
