She’s been threatening it for years.
And never followed through on it.
Only a fool makes a threat they have no intention of carrying out.
And Unite members are sick of being led by this fool.
Seeing how much damage Unite did to the Labour Party and Britain. It’s a good thing. I’m just surprised that Sunak didn’t give Len McCluskey a life peerage for “services to the Tory party”, after the Tories got kicked out last year.
If Unite flounce out they lose all influence in the Party and the GMB and Unison will be chuffed as their influence will grow. If they go who are they going to back financially, the new left party of Jezza that can’t even agree on a name and will almost certainly devolve into acrimony sooner rather than later.
She has threatened this before and failed to follow through I suspect this will be the same, hissy fit just in time for Conference so she must be after something.
It’s a nonsense a trade union supporting a center-right party. They should have done this ages ago. The Greens are much more a party of the left that Labour are now.
Here she is again trotting out the same old threats. Even though labour is doing a workers rights bill and have practically tanked the right wing media for a full year for doing anything they can to not raise taxes on working people. Ungrateful sod.
