Ciao a tutti,
Ho bisogno di aiuto con il mio account bloccato espatrio. Ho già inviato un’e -mail al loro team chiedendo di chiuderlo e ottenere un rimborso poiché non andrò più in Germania per motivi personali. Il fatto è che non ho mai attivato l’account e nella sezione Account bloccata del portale non vedo ancora alcuna opzione o pulsante “Chiudi” (ho allegato uno screenshot).
Qualcuno lo ha già superato? Come chiudo effettivamente l’account e ottengo il mio rimborso? C’è un modo per contattare un vero essere umano all’espatrio per accelerare questo? (A proposito, ho già inviato un’e -mail all’espatrio chiedendo questo, ma voglio conoscere le tue opinioni o esperienze, grazie!)

Did you send them confirmation that your visa is invalid or the application was withdrawn and that the blocked account can be closed?
You can’t just close the account. You need to withdraw your visa application and obtain a letter from the Embassy.
Did you get all the documentation and authorization from the foreigner affairs to close it? Cancelling a blocked account is actually an incredibly bureaucratic and difficult procedure that does take a lot of time, you can’t just do it fast.
