Did they actually swap the two broken suspension parts (Querlenker and Feder)? If so, the price seems reasonable to me.

My repair shop actually showed me the broken spring. If you look at this spring you wouldn’t put the repair in quotes. It’s not just something the TÜV should want. I’ve never seen a defect Querlenker. But this is also a very important part.
