Im sure Rachel Reeves is showing a signs of relief with some extra money hitting the treasury.

So this sentence is on top of that, ouch. This person made 128,000+ enemies, they are not getting out of prison anytime soon
She didn’t steal bitcoins she bought them at 2018 prices using stolen cash, so once the 128,000 victims are reimbursed who gets the £4.6 billion in capital gains? The British government? The Chinese government? The victims? Me?
