      Listing in London is less arduous compared to New York.

      I don’t think it’s a time, cost, or complexity issue.

      It’s about liquidity and valuations. The UK market is just more conservative and dominated by institutions and pension funds and less exposed to retail investors.

      I think a lot of that comes to culture and appetite to risk.

      Possible solutions, reduction in Savings ISA and better financial education – compound interest and investing

    5. The UK is anti business so we deserve nothing more.

      Maybe one day everyone will work for the public sector and the government will be happy.

    6. Only in the UK would we make our public markets unattractive to British businesses while giving tax incentives to the founders when they get acquired by private American portfolio funds.
