    Qualcuno sa come ottenere il mio saldo del credito dalle spese di riscaldamento, acqua calda e costruzione dell’anno scorso?

      They will either transfer it to you or if you still with them go and charge your next year against the credit balance

      how did you receive this report? via post from your landlord?
      Did you still have the letter coming with this report? Did it mention how to receive the guthaben?

      My landlord in my letter to me wrote me to send my IBAN number

      If they have your bank account number, they will transfer it in the next few weeks. If not, they might ask you for it. Check the cover letter, it usually contains a sentence or two about that.

      _Depends._ The letter might say somewhere something like “tell us your IBAN and we’ll transfer the difference.” Or if you’re paying by automatic debit (_Lastschrift_), they might simply deduct less for the next couple of months until your balance has evened out.

      If in doubt, ask them.
