Excellent news. Hopefully more prosecutions will now happen, and the government can recoup the money paid out fraudulently.

      > The gowns, manufactured in China, were labelled with a CE mark, denoting compliance with European standards, but no authorised quality assurance organisation had certified their safety and sterility.

Wow straight up fraud. Are any of those responsible getting locked up?

So a lot of the money is now in a trust? Let me guess…the government or anyone else will be unable to access all the millions that are sat in there?

Fuck these absolute leeches. They should face a prison sentence. Otherwise what is stopping other people doing the same?

Cool now strip her of her titles and slap them both with criminal charges. They knew full well what they were doing.

If we want to be nice, offer a lesser sentence if they’re willing to collaborate and provide evidence on other Tory party members who were involved in ripping this country off in the middle of an existential crisis.

Chances of seeing any money? Zero. Chances of any enforcement? Zero. Unless we send the SBS to seize her yacht.

Is that the same Michelle Mone who, less than two days ago were saying she was being scapegoated by the government? (Proceedings btw started under the Tories).

The same one that lied about her involvement in the deal, lied about her involvement with the company, that then proceeded to supply equipment unfit for purpose, with a certification mark that wasn’t applied with any checks? Kinda fraudulent, no?

That’s not a scapegoat. That’s an example, and hopefully just the beginning

Everyone’s bitching on about some made up vaccine bullshit, the real crimes are right here

Fully expect a “woe-is-me” statement by the end of the day

Now I wonder how much of that 122m will ever be repaid 🙄

I’m sure the telegraph are really happy about this

It’s amazing that the Government spent billions on dodgy PPE and test and trace mainly given to friends and acquaintances rather than you know people with actual experience and knowledge in those subject areas.

That’s not to mention those friends and acquaintances first instinct during a global pandemic was to look to milk as much money out of the system as possible.

How quickly people seem to have forgotten this. Quite why charges haven’t been pressed is a mystery. These decisions cost lives.

This bimbo needs to be in a prison cell long enough for the botox to wear off.
