Ho preso un’auto da un gestore e mi ha detto che mi ha inviato questo, ma vedo che il Bremse è stato controllato e il rechubg gli ha costato 6 euro, ma ho pensato che Tüv costa 150 euro, è legittimo o come è esattamente questo esattamente questo

Yes it is
This was just a Nachuntersuchung. The car failed the original TÜV exam, cause something was not okay. You can read this in the topic line. Now the paper says everything is okay and if you go and registrate this car, you should get a TÜV Plakette.
That was a follow-up check-up; something must be wrong with the first check-up.
It’s legit. With this (and proof of insurance), you can register the car. It passed the test.
It looks like a second test (Nachuntersuchung), after the main test (Hauptuntersuchung) failed in regard of the breaks.
There has to be another document of the Hauptuntersuchung.
