      What is Christmas these days anyway?

      Nobody I know sets foot in a church unless its a wedding or funeral or a school related thing for the kids.

      Its just another reason for marketing

      It is too soon, and I would avoid places that have Christmas decorations up in October. I can’t even think about Christmas until Halloween is over.

      It’s the Temple Bar Pub…the most expensive pub in the country…they will probably be increasing their prices on the basis that it’s now Christmas.

      Going into a shop and seeing the Christmas decorations sitting beside the Halloween ones is genuinely nauseating. I will judge and shame anyone who gets into the Christmas mood in October, it’s not normal.

      I think it should be illegal to put up Christmas decorations before Halloween. I reckon we could get the numbers in a referendum.

      I think anything after July is okay when temperatures start coming down, Christmas is a really important time for them to bank the cash why not extend it, it’s what Jesus would have wanted.

      I mean Brown Thomas Limerick did Christmas decorations in August. This was few years back while I was working in Limerick. That was the worst.!

      The Christmas stuff was all up in the Range yesterday, and the Halloween stuff reduced.

      Temple bar is completely ignoring a halloween which has its roots in Ireland. Being the most well known tourist bar in Ireland they should be celebrating Irish holidays instead of skipping them.

      It’s not Christmas until December. Anything before 1st of December is premature
