If you know the make and model, have you tried googling?
Have you tried pressing the arrows up and down? Or press the sun, then arrows?
I doubt this has anything to do with floor heating. If there is no control panel, it cannot be adjusted.
The manual is in the “apartment folder” if you have that stuffed somewhere
