No, is MEK estate his own company by any chance?
Nákup žiaroviek 100€ ?? This is a huge scam. Do you have photos of the property when you were leaving? If you had cleaned before I wouldn’t pay anything.
I think prices are realistic for Bratislava, but I don’t think you should pay for cleaning after moving out. It should be landlord’s expense, same as painting the apartment etc.
Well, you got scammed, not much you can do now.
In order to avoid this in the future, never pay the last month’s rent before you hand over the keys. Tell the landlord you’ll give him the last month’s rent upon handing over the keys, that way he can’t make up shit and just withold the deposit
Lol. He put so unrealistic prices into that invoice. I would fight this.
Let me guess. 700€ was actual deposit. Not cent more or less. He spent exactl amount of depost didnt he
If you left the apartment dirty pay if you left it clean just block his email and phone.
if u already left and cleaned it like u said i would just ignore this invoice
Wow… I think I’ll leave my IT jobs and become a full-time cleaner.

Lol
Cleaning seems to pay better than any job in Bratislava based on this shady invoice
Claiming cleaning price from deposit is a regular practice. However, it’s a scam because the prices are absolutely insane, here is the breakdown.
I don’t know how big the apartment was, but the landlord is trying to claim that it took them 16 hours to clean it – LOL which is insane and not real.
Likvidacia odpadu = taking out the trash = 110 eur for taking out the trash is a scam
Doprava odvoz odpadu = taking out the trash and putting it into a trash bin = 50 euros – its a scam
Buying new lightbulbs = unless you had 200 lights, asking 100 euros for new lightbulbs is a scam.
Changing lightbulbs and cleaning lights = 95 euros ? so I am charging people for changing lighbulbs ? LOL ok

The only explanations would be, if this was a big property, e.g. 2-3 story newly built/renovated house, which actually requires a lot of work and lot of cleaning.
If it’s regular 2-3 bedroom appartment, then they are trying to scam you 100% and you should threaten them to sue or to contact police straight away.
Its not even legal in Slovakia, please see

I can’t find any registered business with the IČO of the service provider in the invoice, why could that be?
