russian drone attack on downtown Dnipro killed 27-year-old Yaroslav Buzko. At the time of the attack on the city, Yaroslav was at work.
>
“He came in during the day to work in the office and was sitting by the window. My mom started calling me, saying she couldn’t reach him. I started calling myself. Someone picked up and said they were taking him in an ambulance” – said his brother, Serhii
Shortly before his death, Yaroslav had gotten married. Serhii also said that his brother was always ready to help others. He loved animals and supported shelters.
>”He was young, just beginning his path. Everything was just starting to come together for him: he was building his career. A week and a half ago, he got married, they loved each other very much. He was always ready to help his friends, his family, especially, and anyone in need. He loved animals a lot”
I have nothing against Russian civilians, as long as they recognize Ukraine as a sovereign state within it’s internationally recognized borders. But I would be banned for saying what I think about those who hsve voluntarily joined the Russian army.

Another Ukrainian who will now walk the earth with half her soul scooped out by the evil of Russian arrogance and lust for death.
Facing such a future, we must never let any of these victims walk alone and without friends and support. Nothing can bring Yaroslav back for this beautiful young woman. We can hold her and so many others in our hearts and if needed, our arms.
And it is not crass at all, to ask everyone to remember Ukraine in your charitable giving. The Parable of the Widow’s Mite in the Christian New Testament teaches, it does not matter how much you can give. When you give you become alive and part of this all-too-real world.
