Il presidente dell’Armenia ha visitato la Silicon Valley, nello stato americano della California, e ha incontrato il fondatore e CEO di NVIDIA Jensen Huang
The President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan visited “Silicon Valley” in the US state of California and toured the “NVIDIA” company.
Accompanied by the vice president of the organization Rev Lebaredian and the director Verzhin Karaoglu, the President of the Republic got acquainted with the exhibition organized by the company.
During the meeting, President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA company, highly appreciated the existing close cooperation between the organization and the Republic of Armenia, and also addressed the issues regarding further expansion of cooperation in the field of IT and implementation of joint projects.
Jensen Huang emphasized that the IT sector in Armenia has a great potential for development, which gives an opportunity to take steps for further deepening of cooperation.
During the conversation, issues related to the prospects of expanding the involvement of well-known representatives of the field in Armenia in the high-tech sector were discussed.
In his speech, President Vahagn Khachaturyan emphasized that in recent years, the field of information technologies has already shown a significant presence in the economy of the Republic of Armenia, which also has a tendency to develop. The president noted that the high-tech sector is one of the target areas of Armenia’s economic policy and receives multifaceted support from the state, as needed.
During the conversation, the interaction between the IT sector and the education system, as well as the possibilities of promoting investments in the development of high-tech and engineering education, and the initiation of necessary steps in this direction were also touched upon.

Yeah he’s been in the US since the 6th. The fact that Pashinyan isn’t though is disturbing
