Birmingham Sex Pest, 58 anni, incarcerato dopo aver aggredito adolescente

>A sex pest from Birmingham assaulted a teenager while working in a temporary role at a council.

>Paul Badley of Newcombe Road in Handsworth was doing agency work as a housing officer at Rugby Borough Council in June 2023 and through his work he met an 18-year-old woman.

>The victim reported he kissed her and then lifted her top up without consent, and kissed her on the chest.

>The 58-year-old was subsequently charged with two counts of sexual assault and following a four-day trial in mid-August he was found guilty, unanimously, by the jury.

>He was jailed for two years and eight months at his sentencing hearing last Wednesday (September 24).

>He was also given a seven-year restraining order and will be placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register for life.

I shit all over the courts for the lenient sentences that are given out, so I’ll give full credit here for a proper sentence being handed out for the crime.

Although, if lifting a top and kissing a girls chest warrants two and three quarter years, what should rape get in this world?
