It’s also pretty inaccurate, loads of stuff is manufactured here, machinery, precision tools, drugs, medical tech, food and beverages
Specifically because it shows how dumb people are about the history of Switzerland: it became wealthy through fast industrialization in the second half of the 19th century, and before WW1 it was already the world’s second richest country.

Oh, another stand up comedian, dime a dozens of those, most aren’t even funny, including this one.
Outside of its questionable comedy… I would suggest against taking his “economic lesson of Switzerland” at face value.

Getting the basic facts wrong: annoying.
In germany I always get annoyed at people trying to copy the dialect. Like if it would be an informed joke,nice! But like the to do the simpsons ‘schocki’ bit, which has nothing to do with swiss dialect
