      You know, I believe that this is like a karma thing: Italy is living his 4th longest government while France and Germany can’t get a majority

      Not the same type of PM (French equivalent of PM is the President).The UK case is much more pathetic

      France has a little more resilence in their Governmental system when their PM changes, unlike the UK Government that despite having a “Head of State” the Prime Minister is essentially, that and at no point in our marry-go-round of PMs did our Head of State ever, publically, step in, and is, in fact, expected **not** to.
