Ehi ragazzi, qualcuno può spiegarmi perché la differenza nei prezzi? Mi sono stati accusati di oltre 40 euro negli ultimi 12 mesi e qualcosa non sembra giusto. Dovrei chiedere un rimborso o qualcosa del genere? È anche possibile?

so what does the contract you agreed to say? there should be a PDF with the contract, the prices and so on.
why do you ask this question 12 months after you’ve been charged 40€ a month and not directly after the first invoice?
